MakerWords is a keyword research tool built specifically for Etsy sellers. We believe every seller — whether you're just starting out or running a full-time shop — deserves access to real search data.

Most keyword tools charge for basic lookups and show estimated data of questionable origin. We take a different approach: unlimited free search, data collected directly from Etsy's autocomplete, and a transparent methodology you can verify yourself.

Our data comes from Etsy's search autocomplete suggestions — the same suggestions buyers see when they start typing. We map the entire autocomplete tree every week, recording what Etsy suggests and in what order. This gives you a direct signal of buyer demand without relying on estimates or third-party data.

MakerWords is built by a small team that cares about makers. We're sellers too, and we built the tool we wished existed.
